Mykola L. Didukh
Doctor of Psychological Sciences, Рrofessor, Vice President of the Ukrainian Society of Psychologists, full member of the American Psychological Association (APA), graduate of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, and long-time lecturer at leading universities of Ukraine. Founder and developer of a fundamentally new — revolutionary — method in psychotherapy: Трансцендентальна Терапія Людини™ (ТТЛ™) / Human Transcendental Therapy™ (HTT™). He integrates modern psychotherapy, neuroscience, the philosophy of consciousness, and self-exploration practices, creating a unique space for personal transformation. He is the author of nearly 50 scientific articles published in Ukraine and abroad, and the creator of the metaphorical associative cards “ETNIK” — a methodology for diagnosing, researching, applying, and correcting hidden unconscious ethnic components that so often influence our state and shape human behavior.
As a researcher, he works on preventing and correcting these influences and minimizing their negative consequences. Since 2014, he has collaborated with the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine on overcoming PTSD among Ukrainian defenders. For more than 25 years, he has provided psychoanalytic and consulting support as a specialist within the tradition of classical analytical psychology.
For many years, he has also been engaged in the theoretical and practical study of relationships between men and women, and the psychology of their interpersonal dynamics. His work has repeatedly proven its effectiveness in individual and couples therapy. He carries out systematic and ongoing work as a specialist, consultant, and therapist (HTT™, CBT, dynamic, psychoanalytic, and Gestalt approaches) with clients on relationship issues — both with partners in established families and at the early stages of dating. He develops and applies an original concept of male and female psychology in relationships, sexual interaction, and the developmental dynamics within the partners’ lives.
